A spur along the Medina

This route forms a spur off the Red Squirrel Trail and offers a lovely off-road route if you fancy a little diversion.
Following the Medina Estuary along the eastern bank, much of this route was created in 2015 giving traffic-free access to Island Harbour. From here you can join up with the Newport-Wootton Bridge route for a different route back to Newport, or to carry on to Wootton Bridge.
